The IGVP Founders and the Guild have created a platform for you to make a difference. When you join, you become an indispensible player on a team of like-minded visual communicators.

Be dissatisfied with how things are. People and cultures are increasingly moving into closer proximity. If they bring stereotypes from media with them, we will see new forms and expressions of racism. Combat this. Upload your images and stories—share visual content from your own culture and the culture of others. Show the world beauty, dignity, and common humanity through your unique vision.

The momentous challenge of the 21st century for visual communicators is to make the cause for visual peace intensely viral so that as people, religions, and cultures intermingle, the groundwork is laid for embracing the “other’s” humanity, full of dignity and worth.
