1. Acceptance
By visiting or using this website, visualpeacemakers.org, owned byInternational Guild of Visual Peacemakers, llc. (IGVP), including all content and functionality available through the visualpeacemakers.orgdomain which is referred to in the Terms of Use as “Site” “We” “Us” “IGVP” or “visualpeacemakers.org”, you agree to the following Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy (PUT LINK). By your acceptance of the Terms, whenever you use the Site, you agree to the use and disclosure of your information or registration data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also agree to follow our “Code of Ethics”, and any future changes to the “Code of Ethics” that we may issue. The Terms apply to all visitors and users who access the Site in any way with any application, program, computer, phone or device. The Terms also apply to individuals or entities on whose behalf a user accesses the Site. Do not use this site if you do not agree to or with these Terms of Use.
We, at any time, may modify, revise or change the Terms of Use at our sole discretion with or without notification to visitors or users of the site.
2. User Content; Posting on Forums, Photo Galleries and Other Public Areas
Visualpeacemakers.org includes information, images, photos, videos, documentaries, content, opinions and material that users upload (User Content). You agree to upload and post only User Content that you have created yourself. IGVPis not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to User Content. You are responsible for any and all content that you upload to our site. In some areas of a users community profile you may be able to post advertisements or promotions for services or products through a third party. IGVP is in no way liable or responsible for the guarantee of, accuracy, facilitation or obligation to these products or services.
You agree to NOT upload, or post any of the following:
User content that is pornographic, sexually suggestive, obscene, degrading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, objectionable, harassing, hateful, threatening, or gratuitously violent.
User content that contains nudity of post pubescent people. Nudity of prepubescent children may be posted if and only if it is in no way pornographic, sexually suggestive, obscene, degrading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, objectionable, harassing, hateful, threatening, or gratuitously violent..
User content that would promote, encourage, or give instructions for a criminal offense, endanger the lives of another person, or violate any local, state, national or international law.
User content that would violate the code of ethics found here.(LINK) Viruses, malicious code, or destructive files.
User content that would infringe on the privacy of another individual or company. Address, phone number, email address, Social Security, credit card numbers. Political campaigning or unsolicited advertising.
User content that, at the sole discretion of, International Guild of Visual Peacemakers, LLC. determines is inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or offensive.
We reserve the right to edit, or delete User Content that we consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate, or for any other reasons at our discretion.
You may not use the Site to violate anyone's copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights. This included copying or downloading any content from any portion of the website that does not explicitly give permission.
Members of the Site may have access to other users' email addresses. You may NOT gather these email addresses for purposes of spamming or for any purpose other than personal communication. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site.
You may not use or launch any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
International Guild of Visual Peacemakers, LLC. owns all rights to the Site, it’s products, services, information, webpages and other content developed in connection with or available on the Site. Your submitted User-generated Content to any area of the Site does not transfer ownership rights. You retain the ownership rights of content you submit. You do however give certain limited rights to IGVP.
You grant IGVP the right to edit, modify, or quote your User-generated Content on the Site. You also grant us a continuous, royalty-free license to use, and publicly display your User-generated Content for the purposes to promote the Site and vision of IGVP. We will also strive to give credit where credit is due and to treat you with honor and fairness—as IGVP sees it, and according to any limitations on IGVP—should we choose to use any of your User-generated Content. When using your User-generated content for purposes of promoting IGVP, we will strive to follow local, state, national and international laws regarding privacy rights and copyrights of the owner and persons depicted in the content.
Other than User Content or Third Party Content, we own the rights to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software. Such content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
4. In accordance with the DMCA (Digital Milennium Copyright Act) International Guild of Visual Peacemakers, LLC. maintains a policy of terminating account holders, users, or subscribers who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.

5. User Accounts; Security
Users must create an account to access certain features of the Site. When creating and maintaining your user account you are responsible to ensure that any and all information is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. IGVP is NOT in any way liable or responsible for the damages done to a user account should it be accessed without the account owners knowledge or consent. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account, whether or not you authorize them. You agree to notify IGVP immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security. If we attempt to contact you and find that your email address is inoperable, your IGVP account may be suspended.
Free, Standard, and Premium membership accounts may only be used or belong to individual persons. Content that is uploaded to these membership accounts must be the personal work in which all copyrights are in possession of the account owner. They may not be used by groups, companies, organizations, or businesses.
Organization membership accounts may be used by groups, companies, organizations, and businesses. They can only post content in which they own or possess the copyrights to.
IGVP stores and processes your information on computers located in the United States, and by providing any data to IGVP, you consent to the storage and or transfer of such information to the United States.
6. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Certain services on our Site are only available for a fee to members or subscribers. We use a third party payment processor to process your financial information through our site. Our membership subscription program may be altered, or modified at any time, with or without notice. If we do change a subscription program we will seek to provide a substitution of services that are comparable to the previous program. If your subscription is terminated by you or IGVP for any reason in the first 30 calendar days after you initiate a paid membership account, we will give you a full refund. If your subscription is terminated by you or IGVP for any reason after the first 30 calendar days after you initiate a paid membership account, you will not be refunded.
7. Account Termination
IGVP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion for any reason, with or without cause. If you violate these Terms, IGVP, in its sole discretion, may also require you to remedy any violation of the Terms, and/or take any other actions that we deem appropriate to enforce our rights and pursue all available remedies. We shall not be liable to you or any other person if we terminate your account or your access to or use of the Site.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SITE IS PROVIDED BY IGVP ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IGVP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IGVP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGVP DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE ITS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES, AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER CONTENT ON ITS WEBSITE ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THIS SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM IGVP ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IGVP BE LIABLE ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE VISUALPEACEMAKERS.ORG WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE VISUALPEACEMAKERS.ORG WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE VISUALPEACEMAKERS.ORG WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE VISUALPEACEMAKERS.ORG WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, OR VIEWING THE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND OTHER CONTENT IT HOSTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IGVP CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE ACCIDENTAL LOSS OF USER CONTENT ON ITS SITE, OR THE COPYING OF USER CONTENT BY ITS USERS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM IGVP OR THROUGH OR FROM THE VISUALPEACEMAKERS.ORG WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
THE LAWS OF CERTAIN COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IGVP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, service providers, and suppliers harmless from any dispute that may arise from your breach of the Terms or violation of any representations or warranties contained in the Terms. You also agree to hold said parties harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to any User Content you post on the Site.
10. Reservation of Rights
You may access IGVP content, including user content, only as permitted under the Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time.
11. General
The Terms and this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. The Terms contain the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Site. IGVP may also assign any rights and licenses granted in the Terms without restriction. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other visualpeacemakers.org services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software. In the case of inconsistencies between the Terms and any information included in off-line materials, the Terms shall take precedence. Any claim or dispute with IGVP arising from your use of the Site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Arizona. If any provision of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You understand and agree that if you have any claim or dispute with the Site or IGVP, you are required to initiate any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Site within one year from the date that the dispute first occurred. If you fail to bring an action within that one year period, your claim against the Site and/or IGVP is permanently barred.
